Order Details

Orders of our cakes must be placed at least 72 hours(3 days) in advance. Orders for custom cupcakes must be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. To ensure delivery of orders for Friday, we have to receive them by Tuesday of that week.  Orders for 50 or more favours must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Exchange, Refund and Cancellation  

Fruitilicious Cakes Inc holds the following CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

Paid-in-full Online Order Cancellation Policy- 

General orders include custom cakes ordered online, online and retail orders

  1. Any order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for future pickup date can be refunded 100%.
  2. Order cancellations with more than 72 hours until pick-up date can be credited as a gift card minus a $20 service fee retained to cover costs incurred to initiate your order. 
  3. Order cancellations when there are less than 72 hours until pickup date cannot be refunded in any way.

CHANGES TO ORDER POLICY

You may make changes to a retail, online custom order or online orders until 72 hours prior to pick up time. We cannot guarantee any additional flavours will be available if changes are made within 72 hours. You can inquire about cake order changes, which are approved on a case-by-case basis, but not guaranteed.

Please note that exchanges and cancellations are ONLY possible within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your cake for any reason, please call us within 24 hours  and explain the situation. In the rare case that you are unhappy with your cake and would like a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so your cake can be returned. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment. We are dedicated to satisfying our client’s cake requirements. Refund

At Fruitilicious Cakes Inc, we take great care in crafting each order with attention to detail and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund 

 No Refunds Without Product Return

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is returned in its original condition. If a product is not returned, we are unable to process a refund.

 Order Accuracy & Custom Designs

 If a customer provides creative freedom or does not specify certain details, we will design the product based on our expertise. Variations in colour, decoration, and presentation may occur, and these will not qualify for refunds.

 Quality Concerns

 If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, the product must be returned within 3 hours of pickup/delivery for assessment. If a valid concern is found, we will offer store credit at our discretion.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been accepted and picked up/delivered, all sales are considered final unless there is a documented issue that meets our return criteria.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Telephone Orders

We are unable to accept orders via the telephone as these are not secure lines.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, PayPal . Confirmation of your order will be made via an email reply providing we receive reliable and verifiable documentation.

Delivery Information

 A delivery fee is added upon checkout based on your delivery area.

Please ensure before placing your order and selecting a delivery or store pickup time slot that the recipient will be there to accept it as we cannot be responsible for orders left unattended.

Delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday for wedding cakes from 10pm -7pm.  We require a minimum of 3 hours leeway for each delivery; due to unpredictable weather and traffic situations. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, times of delivery may be affected and you will be notified ahead of time.

You can request for a specific delivery date by leaving notes in the instruction box prior to checkout. We cannot guarantee the date will be available.
